We have been very busy with meetings to develop some new restaurants in Azabu Juban, Nishi Azabu and a new lead just came up in Omotesando. Cross your fingers as we need some luck here ! All three will be original concepts with great food and wine, I cant wait to get back into a kitchen
We have recently taken on a "partner" in the biz. Daisuke or "Big D" as we call him. He really was the missing part of the team, and I feel very fortunate to have him aboard.
We recently did a private party for the Tokyo Tasting Group (bunch of wine geeks like me!) great people and wonderful hosts Chuck and Minhae. We will have pictures up soon.
