Just a quick update and maybe some pictures??? I thought you would like that!
Carl and I have been working up in Gunma at the Harunanomori Country Club. Its freakin cold up there!!
The client has hired us to upgrade and "Westernize" their food. They have been doing washoku only for 12 years, so its a challenge to explain why a Club Sandwich is 3 layers....actually why is it 3 layers??
It pays the bills....
Big D and Big J have been work to finish a few contract proposals, so hopefully soon I will have a more permanent home/restaurant to play in....with no Club Sandwiches! You know a chef would never invent something so silly....
On a personal note, I just turned 40....and feel ready to kick some ass this year!
